Ho avuto il piacere di fare una conversazione con Annamaria Testa, nota pubblicitaria, giornalista e saggista sul tema della creatività, che è al centro del suo libro “La trama lucente” (uscito in una nuova versione Garzanti). Un argomento spesso travisato e assimilato solo al lavoro dell’artista. Invece creatività vuol dire inventare e risolvere problemi per sfidare lo status quo e costruire qualcosa di nuovo e utile (da qui il nome del suo sito ).
Con Annamaria, siamo partiti dai primi studi sulla creatività per arrivare a come le aziende possono favorire un ambiente fertile per la produzione di idee. Abbiamo provato a sfatare alcuni miti e ad individuare alcuni consigli per sbloccarci nei momenti di stallo. Buona visione!
