Hunyuan è un modello di intelligenza artificiale generativa per la generazione di video da testo, realizzato dalla più grande azienda tech cinese, la Tencent (proprietaria di Baidu e WeChat).
Funziona sulla base di 13 miliardi di parametri, ma non sappiamo qual è il suo data set di addestramento (come per gli altri modelli). Tencent ha reso open il modello, per cui può essere installato sulle proprie macchine in locale. Altrimenti si può usare via web (solo per chi ha un numero di cellulare cinese) o attraverso fornitori come Replicate (basta andare qui , come mostro nel video). Ogni video generato come meno di un mezzo dollaro.
Hunyuan è un modello molto competitivo, anche se ancora spartano in termini di funzioni (supporta solo il text to video ). Non è ancora un prodotto consumer, almeno per noi occidentali, e quindi poco appetibile per un professionista. Ma va tenuto d’occhio perché potrebbe maturare velocemente. Buona visione.
