Per i consumatori l’IA proverà a diventare il sistema operativo della nostra vita . Sarà capace di svolgere compiti complessi, sarà proattiva e pervasiva, fino ad “incarnarsi” in dispositivi fisici, indossabili.
Per le aziende sarà l’anno del passaggio dalla sperimentazione all’adozione convinta. Il focus sarà sulla riprogettazione di processi con uno strato intelligente.
In questo scenario il marketer del 2026 si trova a dover operare su due fronti opposti ma interconnessi: da un lato deve padroneggiare l’IA per migliorare, dall’altro deve rafforzare il brand per non perdere autenticità.
