Uscito dai laboratori di Ozzie , Photosynth entra a far parte della famiglia Windows Live/MSN per costituire un pezzo integrante di Virtual Earth/Live Maps. I suoi ambiti di applicazione sono i più svariati: i servizi turistici e immobiliari, l’arte, il giornalismo, l’istruzione, la scienza anche forense .
Già è allo studio un’integrazione con flussi di foto in rss in modo da utilizzare l’intelligenza collettiva di quanti condividono le foto in rete, per metterla al servizio di chi ne ha bisogno per ottenere informazioni.
Chissà che in futuro non contribuisca a cambiare il nostro modo di navigare in rete.
P.S. Per creare il vostro ambiente 3D, Photosynth, che gira su Windows XP e Vista, mette a disposizione uno spazio di 20 GB. Linkate pure le vostre creazioni nei commenti…sono curioso ;-)
