Fortune ha titolato “WhatsApp sta per diventare la prossima super app” sul modello WeChat che accentra tutte le funzioni possibili e permette di fare qualunque cosa. Ma succederà davvero? Giampaolo Colletti mi ha chiesto un’opinione per le pagine di Nòva de Il Sole 24 Ore.
Io credo che WhatsApp si espanderà nei territori dell’ecommerce e tenderà ad estendere le sue funzioni permettendo l’integrazione di app di terze parti, sul modello di WeChat, ma non riuscirà mai a clonarla a causa dei vincoli normativi che incontrerà.
